Mona Doctor

Co-founder of The Integral Space, Mumbai — an Integrated Well-being Consultant and Breathwork Coach. Mona’s youthful curiosity, spiritual sadhana, and rich heritage have been instrumental in co-creating many transformative experiences. Passionate about both the Healing Arts and Live Art Traditions, she was deeply moved by the intimate baithaks her father took her to as a child — planting the seed for Nirguna Arts, “Nirguna” being a concept close to her heart.

Four Pillars of Nirguna Arts
Curated Performances
I
At Nirguna Arts, every performance is thoughtfully curated to create an immersive and intimate experience. We bring together artists who embody depth, discipline, and sensitivity, allowing audiences to engage with the essence of Indian classical and contemporary traditions beyond just presentation.
Space for Dialogue
II
We believe art deepens through conversation. Nirguna Arts fosters a space where artists and audiences can connect, reflect, and exchange perspectives, transforming each gathering into a living dialogue that extends beyond the stage.
Platform for All
III
Nirguna Arts is committed to inclusivity, offering a platform for both emerging and established artists. By nurturing diverse voices and expressions, we create opportunities for authentic artistry to be seen, heard, and valued.
Legacy Building
IV
Rooted in tradition yet evolving with time, Nirguna Arts aims to contribute to a lasting cultural legacy. Through meaningful curation and community building, we seek to preserve, reinterpret, and pass forward the richness of artistic heritage for generations to come.
